How much does it cost to rent a photo booth in Barcelona?
From €450 + VAT, with setup and crew included. The 360 video booth starts at €450 and the Glambot at €890. Every event gets a tailored quote.
Is the photocall included?
Yes. Every photo booth comes with a backdrop (photocall) and props, and we can design a custom photocall with your brand or theme.
Are the photos unlimited?
Yes: unlimited photos and videos during the booked time.
Do you rent photo booths for birthdays and parties?
Yes: birthdays, 18th birthdays, private parties and company parties.
What kind of events do you work at?
Conferences, trade shows, product launches, brand activations, corporate parties, galas, weddings and private celebrations. We work across Barcelona and the rest of Spain.
What do you need from the venue?
A space of about 3.5 × 3.5 m and access to a power socket. For outdoor events we need a stable floor and protection from direct sun and rain.
When does your team arrive?
Around 1.5 hours before the agreed start time, so everything is set up and tested before your first guest arrives.
Can we add our brand or theme?
Yes. Custom backgrounds, digital branding on every photo and video, branded vinyl on the equipment, props and AI backgrounds designed around your theme.
How do guests get their photos?
Instantly, by email, QR or AirDrop depending on the experience, plus prints where included. You receive the complete digital gallery after the event.
Do you travel outside Barcelona?
Yes. We work all over Catalonia (Barcelona, Girona, Tarragona and Lleida) and the rest of Spain; travel is quoted in your proposal.
How does booking work?
Every proposal is tailored to the event. A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the remaining 50% is due two weeks before the event.
